Global universities are moving towards plant-based menus for the planet. In the US, for example, the University of Colorado Boulder was recently named number one by the Humane Society of the United States for its sustainable, plant-based food options.

    My college started offering veggie burgers and vegan nuggets in the dining hall just a few weeks ago. Now I don’t have to go from line to line grabbing side dishes. It is nice
