    “The city cannot have it both ways,” Patel wrote.

    So you can’t say they misled the public and support that with facts as to why the case is valid? Then what the fuck is the point of the courts? What a clown. The magnitude of the offense would come out in the argumentation, you shill.

    For anyone unaware, the highest court in NY is the State Court of Appeals, not their Supreme Court. They might still be able to appeal this decision.
