If China followed the path that Demsuccs in the first world demand, they would be failing to develop their rural production and quality of life, competing to provide amenities to their workers while also walling themselves off from all capitalist economies, making it incredibly easy to isolate and famine siege China. MZT does not treat all areas of production, agriculture, the military, education, etc as a smorgasbord for capitalists.
