1·23 days agoI was weirded out by the disappearing finger as well. There was a recent article in The Atlantic that mentioned Google had been testing AI to improve video clarity. It’s possible we are seeing a combination of that and motion interpolation artifacts like what was mentioned here. I used yt-dlp commands to download both the CNN video and the video from the white house channel. They both look less weird on a larger screen. That process was called out here.

It is possible they wanted to fire him anyway. My guess is that the code of conduct policy is only enforced when they want to oust someone at his level. He’ll likely get a massive severance package on the way out. Looks like Nestlé has been struggling this year.
Nestlé (OTCPK:NSRGY) (OTCPK:NSRGF) shares dropped 6% after reporting disappointing half-year results. Revenue continues to decline, organic growth is driven solely from pricing, and margins remain pressured.
2·1 month agoI really like my Framework 16 laptop. I’ve been using it for about a year now. The modular ports and easily upgradeable design were a major selling point for me. Video workflows work well via Kdenlive and ffmpeg, but you can also install Davinci Resolve with some additional configuration. I purchased the GPU upgrade (https://frame.work/products/16-graphics-module-amd-radeon-rx-7700s) and a handful of different port modules. My only dislikes are that it can get really hot from time to time and the GPU fans are pretty loud when they kick on. A coworker of mine has a Framework 13 laptop and seemed very satisfied with it. After flying to the customer’s destination, the Zip will hover about 300 feet in the air before lowering to the ground. Zips automatically avoid obstacles and gently place the delivery at the guest’s address.
This doesn’t sound like it would work in areas with above ground power lines.

What amount of fruit production can you expect in a year after grafting like that? I have a couple of apple trees on my property that were there before I purchased my home. I’d like to graft more interesting apple varietals than was is currently in place.
What tools are you using? Any tips you can provide for others interested in doing the same?
Thank you. I’m still very new to all this. I was on the fence about whether or not telling others would lead to negative outcomes. People in my close circles have known that I had been struggling at work and that I was trying to improve my overall physical/mental health. I’ve cut out alcohol, started exercising more, and have been monitoring my health via apps and gadgets to track sleep and other metrics. I’m doing much better now. I’m more focused at work and my symptoms are becoming easier to manage. I agree with you and others in this thread that there isn’t really a need to discuss my diagnosis with anyone. I appreciate the advice!
