He had pushed for a heartbeat bill forever and was never considered a moderate. But because of how bat shit insane the Republican party in Ohio has gotten he seems moderate compared to the rest.
In reality though, it’s just that he’s one of the last Adults left in the room. So even small things like this, which have been done for democrats and republicans in past years, makes him seem moderate. trust me though, while he might respect the rule of law and believe in democracy a moderate it doesn’t make him.
