I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again here; if evil men are making a list of enemies it should be considered a moral failure to not make the list. We should all hope to be on at least one of these.

No society can exist without offing a few executives here and there. That’s too high a bar to clear

No problem. I have been using it for a while and I really like it. There’s nothing stopping you from doing it the old fashioned way if you find you don’t like portainer but once you familiarize yourself with it I think you’ll be hooked on the concept.

Man, Mistborn could be so badass as a movie if done right. I know that means something different to everyone but I can’t imagine Sanderson allowing it to be terrible. Even a mediocre adaptation would be fun.

Use portainer for managing docker containers. I prefer a GUI as well and portainer makes the whole process much more comfortable for me.

That’s always been on the table for any politician. In fact, one could make a pretty strong case that a big part of our current problems stem from the fact that modern American politicians seem to have forgotten that they are just skin bags full of meat like the rest of us. They’re supposed to be aware of the possibility that any random person has the ability to walk up and shoot them in the face. This should encourage them to make decisions with everyone’s best interests in mind. Clearly they don’t worry about that possibility nearly as much as they should.
I know exactly what you’re saying. You’re using the same “fairness” arguments that people like Jeff Bezos use to keep you from focusing on his literal mountain of wealth. As if the only fair solution is to let them hoard money while people starve to death. To that I say again, slurp slurp.
That wasn’t a bootlicking sound. That was you sucking rich people off.

We only do that to poor people. Rich and powerful people deserve nothing but deference and understanding from the courts.

Trump is nearing his life’s term limit. A 3rd term from him personally is not particularly concerning. That’s still a red line in the sand that we should never allow anyone to cross but I’ll be surprised if he makes it through his current term in good enough condition to even pretend to be in charge.
It is hard if you’re lazy and you’ve conditioned yourself not to shop anywhere else. It’s pretty easy if you care about the impact your purchasing habits have on the world. We all know where most people fall on that spectrum.

Same here but we both know we’re in the minority of gun owners, at least as far as public discourse is concerned.

Let’s get it boys and girls. I’m ready

You’re assuming that I don’t. Failing to distinguish between an argument that will land with some people vs one that will land with most people is exactly the problem people are pointing out to you and you’re still doing it here.

The point is that isn’t how the world works. You can complain about that all you like but it won’t change anything. Accept that reality is what it is and respond accordingly. In this case that means using whatever opening you have to press for change. Telling racists they should care about brown people is obviously not going to work, even if it is true. Pointing out that their policies are killing white people might. This is the basic concept of politics.

Maybe that means something different to you than it does to them but that is definitely not true from their perspective or mine. I hear Democrats talk about gun control in various forms on a regular basis.

The article is about users deleting the app. You said they could tell who did that by counting how many accounts were deleted. You can’t because those are different things

I don’t think it’s that. This administration has had no problem telling Democrats to go fuck themselves at every turn. I think they realized that they went too far for a significant portion of the conservative allied 2A absolutists who they cannot afford to alienate in an election year.
Many of those people are not nearly as conservative as most tend to believe. They just categorically refuse to vote for Democrats because they have correctly deduced that Democrats want to take their gun rights away. There’s tons of discussion to be had about that topic but it would be a wise strategy for Democrats to stop talking about gun law reform until they have the votes to make it happen. It’s a non-starter for too many people in states they absolutely need to win a Presidential election by a wide enough margin to accomplish anything legislatively. A progressive, pro-2A politician running on a Sanders style populist platform would do well in large parts of the country, especially if a significant portion of gun owners start to doubt the GOP’s commitment to the 2A.
I like jokes. Speaking of, wouldn’t it be a hilarious prank if we all went to find these fascists and dragged them into the streets? Oh man, what a hoot that would be! I bet everyone would love it
