You WILL want to remove Samsung Device Care, which also controls battery usage, and just so happens to be one of Samsung’s worst offenders when it comes to phoning home. SaverTuner is your foss replacement for it. After that, you can find a list of safe-to-remove apps for your particular device and start debloating. Be careful; some apps you’ll need a replacement for before you remove the stock counterpart.
Google is overreaching, yet again. That’s the gist of it. They want to be a monopoly. Better to get out now, than to wait until they’re so engrained in our lives that they become a shadow government. Our best short-term fix is to break up the company like we did to AT&T. Our best long-term fix is to erraticate money and corporate influence from politics entirely.
If a phone can’t be flashed to a different OS, then it can be degoogled with adb via pc, or Shizuku + Canta directly on the phone. There are other apps besides Canta that also work, but Canta is the easiest for non-techies to use.
Never buy an Apple product if you value sovereignty. Androids can be tweaked to cut out big brother.

Welcome :) I’m a big fan of Obtainium. I use it for all but 3 of my apps (stupid gms, lol)

Navigate to https://protonapps.com.
You’ll see all their apps and the various flavors they come in (windows, android, iOS, etc.) I’ll use ProtonMail as an example.
Under “Android” you’ll see a link called Download APK, click on it.
On the following web page, copy the URL.
Now you can head on over to Obtainium.
Click on “Add App”.
On the first line, paste the URL we just copied.
Select “Add”.
I highly suggest you utilize AppVerifier to ensure your apps have downloaded properly. If you do, at this point you’ll share the freshly downloaded app to AppVerifier, run through the on screen steps for verification, and it’ll send you back to Obtainium to finish installation. If you don’t use it/don’t want to use it/think it’s too complicated, then just skip this step.
You might need to tell your phone its okay for Obtainium to install apps, however if you’re running Shizuku this step will be automatic.
Obtainium will install the app, and handle any updates for you!
Proton is good about keeping that website updated. If you do a fresh install of (for example) version “13.0.2” and Obtainium immediately says “a new version is available” but the version number looks like 2849693837374, that’s a “normal bug”. Basically, for whatever reason, Obtainium couldn’t recognize 13.0.2 as the version number, so it pulled the random string of #s from the apk itself (it’s not really random, there is a name for that #, but I’m not tech savvy enough to be able to tell you what it is). Anyway. There’s a button at the bottom of the screen that let’s you mark an app as updated, to stop Obtainium from constantly trying to update the same app over and over.
And like I said, if step #9 is too much too fast, just skip it for now. Get comfortable using Obtainium first, and then come back to it if you want to later. You’ll definitely want to use AppVerifier if you get a lot of apps from Github.

There’s a couple things you could try.
Open up an incognito browser window, and Google your email address. It will usually show you relevant accounts (I.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). You could also search your name and see if any accounts come up that way.
Check out OSINT Framework. It’s a very useful tool for remediating your digital footprint.
Couple notes here:
You don’t need Aurora Store for ProtonVPN. You can get all of the Proton apps here and update them through Obtainium.
Fossify Music Player isn’t abandoned. Watch their github page. They work on all of their apps regularly. Specifically the last work on Music Player was 3 weeks ago. Updates are slow because it’s mostly 1 guy doing 90+% of the work.

There are more options, you just have to look. GrapheneOS, LineageOS, CalyxOS, DivestOS, /e/OS… Android is not synonymous with Google. Android is open source. All the OSs I’ve listed are based off of Android, and are open source. Google has their own version of Android, which is closed source. But it’s just another OS based off of AOSP.
