Tripwire and auditd can monitor a filesystem and notify you about changes. I don’t know the tools myself, because i never needed them. Maybe these can give you a hint on the responsible service.

If you suspect a certain service to be responsible: what do the logs of the service say? If nothing: increase the loglevel to info or debug?

Question to the group: Why is infodumping a thing especially in the neurodivergent spectrum? What makes one do it? What is the motivation behind it? Which inhibitors are missing to control it?

I struggle with the symptom based descriptions of the ICD system (for F84). They don’t help me much. The causes for the symptoms are not there.
I.e. if a dog doesn’t come if you call for it, it might ignore you or you used the wrong name or the dog is deaf or there is a rabbit to hunt and it has no attention to spare besides its focus.

Sometimes it is just carelessness of the people. Being blind to your fellow people’s needs. Dropping trash where they stand. Refusing to walk two extra steps on the pathway and kill the grass instead.

In this case the requirements analysis of the parks and recreations dept was just bad and they are the asshole.
