  • This is the release schedule for Path of Exile for the remainder of the year.

Sep 4 - Path of Exile 2 patch 0.5.5 - this is a rerun of patch 0.5 with no changes, but there is a league economy reset. There are cosmetic rewards for completing achievements in the new league.

Late October - Path of Exile 1 patch 3.30. Path of Exile 1 is continuing to be developed as a separate game from POE2. The devs has confirmed multiple times that patch 3.30 will come out in 2026 and that it will be a large update to POE1. The most logical date for this release would be October 16, 23, or 30. These dates seem logical because it gives a 6-week padding to POE2 releases.

November 7 & 8 - ExileCon 2026. This is a real life convention being held in New Zealand, the location of the developer. This not an annual convention. I think it is the third ever. The other ExileCons were held in 2019 and 2023. This signifies some kind of large announcement.

December 11 - Path of Exile 2 patch 1.0. This will be the end of the POE2 beta. The trailer said that they’re adding the Duelist (strength/dexterity hybrid class) and sword to the game. They still haven’t added the missing Templar, Shadow, or Marauder class. Maybe these will be mentioned at ExileCon.

  • The game is like a sandbox. Imagine minecraft. Children play minecraft. Some people go into minecraft and spend a few hours building a cute little house. Some people put 1000 hours into minecraft and build circuit board replicas.

I think a casual gamer could complete the POE 2 campaign in 20-25 hours. Maybe closer to 10 hours if you follow character guide. The campaign is like the tutorial for the game. If you still like the game after completing the campaign, then you unlock the “The Atlas”/“map device” and that’s where the real game begins.

I have not tried the shapeshifting character.

The POE 2 campaign has dark-souls-like characteristics. The game says you should press space bar to dodge roll out of boss attacks. Some of the boss attacks can kill you in 1 hit if you don’t dodge. The boss resets if you die. I hate the Viper boss in Act 3 the most.

  • There is no definitive set of rules for “privacy”.

You have to know what you are trying to hide and who you are trying to hide it from.

You cannot hide that you are a communist/socialist/leftist/whatever. Hiding your affiliation to these is antithetical to the goals. You have to get together (in real life, not on the internet) with other like-minded people to accomplish the goals of these causes.

Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) is the best source of privacy information that I’ve known. The organization has lawyers that sometimes provide pro-bono legal representation in cases related to internet stuff. They have lots of educational material and guides on the website.

Go to the link at the bottom, scroll to the bottom of the page. There are buttons that says like “I am a (abortion patient | protestor | academic | journalist | lgbt youth)”. Click whichever button is most relevant to you and it will give you a list of privacy suggestions.

  • GTA has been known to be based around political events. For example, San Andreas had plot points around the LA Riots and the 80s crack epidemic.

Has there been a US city more politically relevant in the past 10 years than Minneapolis?

Ilhan Omar is the congress member who represent Minneapolis, second muslim to ever serve in congress. Donald Trump brings her up any time he talks about muslims, he uses her to be Islamophobic. Ilhan Omar is Somali-american and there is a large Somali immigrant population in Minneapolis

Around 2019, there was a fraud case around the organization ‘Feeding Our Future’, which was intended to be a program for feeding school children. Chuds blamed the fraud case on being caused Somali immigrants.

In 2020, there was the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis which ignited nationwide BLM protests. Protestors burned down the Minneapolis third precinct Police Station.

The muslim population of Minneapolis was upset with Biden and Kamala for being complicit in the Gaza genocide. Then there was the ‘uncommitted movement’ where Joe Biden was on the ticket for the Democrat primary. 19% of people in Minnesota voted for “uncommitted” and 8% voted for Dean Philips.

In 2024, Minnesota changed their flag and there was a chud conspiracy theory that the flag was changed to be the flag of Somalia.

After Biden dropped out, Kamala selecting Tim Walz as the VP candidate put a spotlight on Minneapolis again. This also made Minneapolis into a target for the second Trump administration.

During Trump’s second term, there was Nick Shirley making up a conspiracy theory that every daycare center in Minneapolis is actually fraudulent. Driving around to random daycares and demanding that he can see the children.

Then Trump sent ICE into Minneapolis for Operation Metro Surge. There was anti-ICE protests. Then ICE murdered Renee Good and Alex Pretti.

Also near the end of 2025, we had memes were Somali people adopted Israeli settler rhetoric to mock Zionists. There was memes that said like “Minnesota was promised to us 3000 years ago”.

Also there was some talk about Israel about forcibly displacing Gaza people to Somali. I’ve speculated that the Trump administrations focus on villainizing Somali-Americans could be related Israel wanting to relocate Gazans.

  • After the clip ends, JD Vance goes on to compare Hasan to Jeffrey Dahmer, Freddy Krueger, and “every serial killer ever”. Vance says that the Freddy Krueger series shows us that Freddy hurt animals as a child and that led to him being cruel to humans. It’s a classic chud behavior to reference movies as a guide for their principles, as if he learned to not hurt animals after watching Freddy Krueger.

Kristi Noem shot her puppy and then wrote about it in her book.
