I think beyond all the infuriating, progressive-baiting shit, the unabashed self -congratulatory satisfaction that he can say nasty closed-minded shit because now he’s in charge, the crux of it is that he and his kind don’t understand war, they don’t understand military operations and they don’t understand how these things are actually won. They are cosplaying army with about as much subtlety as 19 year olds out of high school.

No. You don’t have to use the horrible crap from the megacorps. DuckDuckGo exists. Kagi exists. Ecosia exists. Alternatives to all this shit exists. The more people use them, the less power Google etc. have.

They are broadly the same as earlier computers.

We can use them to do certain things faster that would take horribly long by band otherwise or may not even be doable.
