No, he didn’t. Check out the John Stewart highlights of it. It was horrible.

IDK, the National Museum of African American History serves fried chicken every day, so they don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.
IDK why people are interpreting your question about the mechanics of everyone switching at the same time. It sounds to me like you’re asking more about the bigger picture problems it would solve with society, not whether the sudden change would be able to be handled by the banks. Is that what you’re looking for?
Moving to a credit union is a great idea. I did a long time ago and haven’t looked back.
There are some things they don’t offer, sure, but then for stuff like investments I use dedicated platforms for those which is a better experience anyway.
This should 100% be illegal.
It wasn’t clear to me from the post that it isn’t genuine. I interpreted the post to mean that it wasn’t famous in some way, just a standard issue dagger, but that it wasn’t a reproduction.

I’d think any sane society, business, or institution would blacklist him / remove any certifications he has, sue him, and possibly other courses of legal action like fraud.
Don’t forget Englandic people.
I get that there are lessons learned for new advances in technology and society, but companies like DuPont and 3M knew about this and hid it. Then when legislation comes out banning chemicals they use, they change basically one atom in the molecule to avoid the regulation and keep going. They aren’t honest mistakes.
Yeah, it absolutely astounds me that they polluted the entire world and poisoned everyone and everything within it, and then the people are footing the bill for trying to cleaning it up. And that’s only our drinking water, not all the plants and animals we eat all the time that have it in them in probably huge amounts. AFAIK there is no plan for that at all so our cells will still be swimming in them.
3M and others should be taken over by the government and turned into nonprofits where 100% of their profit goes to cleaning up the world.
Can you give a concrete example so we can understand?
I couldn’t find much info doing a search - was the shooter not an immigrant and he is wrongly implying he was? Was it a different motive than what he implied?
From his wording in this clip it just sounded like he was saying “Canada is a peaceful place, so if you’re going to move here then don’t bring violence and problems from your country with you”, which seems reasonable to me. I didn’t see him say anything like “all immigrants are dangerous”.
Is it just me or is the woman in the blue dress missing a leg?
Similar to OG Beauty and the Beast. Originally the Beast was kind from the start and it was all about appearance. Disney changed it so he was a fixer upper. Kinda misses the whole point.
Eighth grader vs full grown adult? Yes.
decades too late
Actually almost 100 years now.
In the grand scheme of things, not paying taxes is also a pretty miniscule thing. The US funding for Israel is pretty big though. If they needed more weapons that your tax dollars would have paid for, I’d guess the tax dollars you paid in the US would go to the same place. I guess the alternative is to live in not-US and not-Israel. But either way, I think the US would just fork up more money anyway.
But the main point I’m making is, bad people will find a way to do bad things. The best way to eliminate bad people is to change their minds.
We should be stopping it wherever we can. It doesn’t need to be one before another. Being conscious about where you can get more of it is helpful.
Water - we distill our water, and you can also use other types of filters which remove it. Absorbing through skin - we know we should be wary about what products use it now, so can do some research and be careful about touching stuff.
This is similar to global warming. The biggest issue is large corporations. That doesn’t mean consumers shouldn’t stop worrying about littering or driving gas cars until corporations stop.
