Yeah, I feel that. Unless you use a guide and follow it to the letter, it’s practically impossible to get all ranks on the first go, especially with stat checks. Sure that’s one of the benefits of NG+, but it sucks if you don’t have the time or desire to replay an 80+ hour game.

W/R/T the ending, I started with Persona 4 so it did feel like a gutpunch when I got it. But I think it was an overall nice arc for an otherwise “blank” MC. Believe it or not, Persona 2’s story is arguably bleaker.

Aeldari xenophobia and disregard for alien life is funnily enough justified when it comes to the Imperium, which would consider 10 billion guardsmen a reasonable trade-off anyway.
