Come on. Stardew Valley is explicitly about how capitalism destroys community - the game’s megacorporation LITERALLY destroys the center of the community to improve their profits if you let them. Also you’re expected to treat everyone in the community with respect regardless of their circumstances - e.g. the unhoused man Linus and the heavy drinker Shane are designed for you to empathize with them rather than the usual right wing response of being shamed for their ‘inferiority.’
