I have a Logitech G27 wheel which seems to be supported as far as I can tell from the internet. I’d just need to dig it out of the closet and try it if I get in the mood for it.

My HOTAS is a Saitek x52 Pro, which also seems to be supported.

I just switched to Cachy, it’s fine. (Glowing review) I used Ubuntu as my primary OS for the last 15 years after switching from Fedora. This is better.

I’m still having issues configuring my Plex server, but only because I don’t understand Docker.

KDE Plasma is very easy to understand if you’re coming from Windows or Mac OS, GNOME is probably a better choice for a laptop or 2-in-1.

Things I haven’t tried yet: racing wheel, HOTAS, VR headset.

Even though most aren’t using it, I’m guessing there’s a small group of users who use it almost exclusively who are about to get screwed and will likely just stop using it.

Two different genres. GSG is like Victoria, 4X is like Age of Empires. Stellaris is a rare example of a game which blends 4X and GSG together, but it’s the only time Paradox development studios has ever touched the 4X genre.

Obviously Stellaris works really well as a game, so there’s something there but idk how you would make colonialism socialist without the benefit of outer space terra nullius.

I think that might be impossible. 4x games are basically Colonialism Simulators at their core. I don’t thing there’s a way to reconcile that with socialism.

The other problem regarding this type of politics, is that it isn’t actionable. Yes, men are terrible, but can you get rid of them? Is it a desirable thing to have a society with women-only? What are you going to do with the existing men? Are they just going to disappear?
