Love and Hex started out as a joke about my D&D campaign and turned into an ongoing rom-com/existential horror story. It’s on Webtoon and other platforms.

    it like a soap opera drama complete with installments. lol

    seriously though, i envy people who are able to create such a fully fleshed out back story to their characters. their love/hatred/obsession for their characters makes me wish i was capable of such strong emotions for the things that i create.

      It’s usually comedy; only occasionally are there more dramatic entries like this. Adds depth.

      Honestly, the fleshing out just sort of happens as the story progresses. The main thing for me is knowing who my characters are, what they want, and what their relationships with each other are like, and then what kinds of things could be introduced to mess with them.
