    Colombia and Mexico should start criminal investigations, similar to how they deal with airplane crashes. Figure out what happend and not go after the guy ‘steering the plane’ but the guy who ‘manufactured’ the system that allowed it to happen. ICE killing foreign nationals is not a story of how a few agents went rogue, it’s a story of how unschooled people are asked to invade neighbourhoods and kidnap human beings by doing whatever it takes.

      Would be hilarious if they swooped in and arrested the ICE officers and dragged them back to their country for trial
