The Jurassic Park shooting game has a giant vertical black slice across 2 monitors that doesn’t work. The ToP Gun Maverick game has insane amounts of screen tearing happening and I’m constantly pivoting around while lazily pointing at the screen muttering “are you all seeing this?!”

House Of The Dead: Scarlet Dawn monitor is ghosting like crazy, but that might just be how it is stock. Game’s really good. Also, the blonde woman got a massive glow up from her design in HOTD4 where she looks like Meg Ryan with a mullet/mop hairstyle. The HOTD series’ voice acting is so fucking good.

One of the guns for Time Crisis 5 is literally hanging by a wire harness. Its aim is severely off (aims to the right by like a foot). The other one works fine though the card reader is funky.

Elevator Action Invasion has one of the player spots not working too. Says it needs to connect to the internet. Also, this isn’t like a proper light gun game? I’m pretty sure this gun is aimed via accelerometer and I learned I to reholster the gun every cutscene to recalibrate it because it drifts off very consistently. At least there’s no reloading so you always see where you’re shooting via a stream of bullets.

On my way in a guy gave my cousin his all-day pass since he was leaving so that was cool, because the unlimited passes here are fuckin’ $55. I wish I spent more time grinding tickets so I could get that life-size Pikachu plush. There’s a plush store near here that had a life-size Squirtle but it was like $200, IIRC.

Anyway, pretty fun despite how fucked everything is. No Taiko No Tatsujin here. The one DDR cabinet was always busy so I never got to use it. Probably for the best. They played a denpa song that I had no idea was a DDR song.
