Ubisoft in general has fallen behind expectations.
I actively avoid buying anything published by them
I’m playing Watch Dogs 2 right now because I got it for free, but yeah.
I think the last one I played was immortals Phoenix rising on the switch. How much it forces you to try and get online and create an account for a single player game is ridiculous. I found out if you launch the game in airplane mode you can skip it, then disable airplane mode after. So stupid.
I don’t think I’ve really enjoyed a single Ubisoft title released later than watchdogs 2 or AC Origins. They’re just such utter slogs to get through, and every enemy is so spongy for no good reason. Origins at least had an enjoyable story to go along.
There’s just no replay value. Far Cry 5 was too railroad-y. Watchdogs Legion just… sucked.
This is the first time I’ve heard of this game, and the first time I heard about Concord was the announcement that it was being pulled.
Yeah, there’s been a lot of failed marketing going on lately.
I only knew about this one because my friend was suggested it by another friend, but he declined.
XDefiant was talked about a year ago
But Dirty Bomb is better so if you want to play that type of game then I recommend downloading that
Me and the other 6 Division fans just want a new entry into the series.
I also want it and i know i will be playing it for 60-70 hours until inventory and stash get filled and I don’t feel like emptying it because I rather play another game than playing Inventory Management Simulator TM.
Of course, when said expectations were: to take the crown off of Call of Duty and make a billion gazillion microtransaction dollars, anything would be below expectations.
But also, as it turns out, even the CoD-heads that are tired of the franchise don’t really like the gadgets/hero shooter gameplay over gunplay.
Not launching on Steam for a year also didn’t help things.
Me and the boys cashing out in the finals while this burns
