nah, people take raids seriously and go to great lengths to organize for them.
Rioting never solved anything, except women’s suffrage, civil rights, the labor movement, gay marriage, and so forth.
History really emphasizes non-violent protests and ignores those pivotal points triggered by rioting.
I guess nothing really helps, but at least you get these cool torches and bandanas when you riot!
