CBS parent company Paramount, on the verge of a merger with Trump-friendly company Skydance, announced that The Late Show would end just days after Colbert blasted its $16 million “big fat bribe,” settlement to President Donald Trump.

This can’t be remembered too much. Trump sued CBS because he’s a thin-skinned removed who can’t take a joke. Paramount needed the Trump administration’s approval for their giant merger, so they directly paid the president $15 million dollars in a legal bribe “settlement” of his anti free-speech lawsuit that he would have never won.
