If Peaceful Aliens beamed down. Wouldn't we pose as much problem as them being out immunities and diseases are different from them? And vice versa? So we could accidentally kill one?

Most viruses and bacteria have to adapt and specialize to their host. An alien life form will most likely be immune and vice versa.
