Anarchism doesn’t require waiting for the perfect moment, nor does it result the worst outcome. You can start working towards it today, building up parallel to society. Build up local connections, join groups like Food Not Bombs, learn skills and teach others, and always engage in direct action.
I don’t think Marxism requires waiting for the perfect moment either, you seem to be imagining a specific type of Marxist and then creating a false dichotomy between that and Anarchism, when it is also perfectly possible for Marxists to engage with community building and direct action as well.
