I think it sets a precedent so that the difference to extend it to all adults is not a matter of legal application to minors vs adults, it establishes that adults could have this care restricted from the start. Not that I’m a lawyer or understand whether this distinction is as relevant as it seems to me as a layperson, but … I do wonder.
That’s exactly what they’re doing. And that’s why I receiving grounds too people who want to be transphobic specifically to Children is always a bad idea. They’re just the weakest link we must protect or we all fall.
