Ive always thought the doctor in voyager was an underused character. He was a near immortal AI made out of light. He could still be around during the heat death of the universe, dishing out snarky remarks. He would probably have some wild stories to tell.
Some of the best episodes were about his journey, but his arc (like a lot of the good arcs in voyager [year of hell]) was rushed through.
“Living Witness” might be my all-time favorite Voyager episode for this reason.
That’s not The Doctor, it’s that prick Lewis Zimmerman.
I don’t remember Zimmerman looking so feminine and classically attractive but if you say so.

That prick Richard Woolsey had a great character arc though!
