As to your question, it is a chrysanthemum.
Well, there are so many sets out there such that with many of them, I wouldn’t have a clue if they’re stock or hand-assembled. Pieces can be cleverly re-used in so many ways…

I have the orchid and the bonsai, too, but for the bonsai I chose pink instead 😁
Sometimes, in the spring, I will use the pink! I like the ability to change them!!
