Moscow and Pyongyang until now had responded vaguely to the South Korean and Western claims of the troop deployment.

I guess that means Europe is free to deploy troops to the front lines in Ukraine then. Only seems fair.

Yeah, because an occupation of Ukraine by Russia wouldn’t turn the whole country into an even bloodier warzone. /s

Appeasement just leads to bigger wars. Aggression can’t be rewarded or tolerated away.

This is why I fucking hate libs like you. At least conservatives are honest about their bloodthirstiness. You however, have to pretend as if you care about human lives as more and more people are continously sacrificed for the war machine. You have the geopolitical awareness of a gnat and have no understanding of the circumstances that led to the war.

I see half a dozen ad hominems there, but nothing saying I’m wrong, nevermind refuting it. Yeah, that’s about right for hexbear.

You aren’t worth the time because you refuse to accept you are wrong when presented factual evidence and anything outside the US state department approved line. You’re just a smug lib looking for people you deem lesser than to condescend to.

I was expecting a link in the article to a North Korean website, or a video of Kim making the announcement.

What is global news?

Something that happened or was uncovered recently anywhere in the world. It doesn’t have to have global implications. Just has to be informative in some way.

Post guidelines

Title format

Post title should mirror the news source title. If you don’t like the title of article, look for an alternative source instead of editorializing it.

URL format

Post URL should be the original link to the article (even if paywalled) and archived copies left in the body. It allows avoiding duplicate posts when cross-posting.

[Opinion] prefix

Opinion (op-ed) articles must use [Opinion] prefix before the title. Opinion articles refer to articles that their publisher doesn’t explictly endorse.

Country prefix

Country prefix can be added to the title with a separator (|, :, etc.) if the news is from a local publisher who doesn’t clearly mention the country.
