    Meanwhile in Germany:

    Fill out your application for the big central university exam, transmit it digitally to the state office, print it out, and send it mandatorily to them again physically, because greedy Bundesdruckerei lobbied to avoid generally being able to sign documents with your passport

        Everyone always brings Estonia when talking about digital administration.

        But here in Spain I have never had to go to a government office to bring papers for more than a decade, everything can be done online. I’m not sure what can be done digitally in Estonia that couldn’t be done in Spain. But I’m really curious.
