    The article might as well have continued “It was so obviously wrong that to go into detail would waste our readers time as any reader of this publication is well aware of the kinds of things that go wrong with the edges of surveys.”








  • I think the industry beat us to the punch here: anything altered from its natural state is considered processed. Your corn flakes are crushed before being dehydrated/baked, so they are processed. The public discourse against processed foods loses it’s steam when everything is technically processed and instead we mince definitions.

    The backlash from “genetically modified” food stuffs smartened up a food industry that does not want to be inspected.
