Running may cause this, yes. I’ve bought a relatively cheap elliptical machine for my house and it really made miracles.
My only physical problem at the moment (that I know…) is that between myopia and presbyopia my clear vision field spans maybe from 30 to 40 cm from my eyes. This sucks big times. Other than that, no backpain or the likes.
Nah… In all seriousness, just exercise regularly and the pain goes away.

5·10 days agoYouTube is totally blocked for my son at home and on his phone and I myself avoid it as the plague as well. If he wants to learn stuff, I’m eager to buy him all the books he wants. The moderate amount of useful resources on YT is 100% available elsewhere, on less addictive platforms or media.
