Rivian is not unionized because it is a privately owned investment startup. Call me crazy but those are excuses putting profitability and investors ahead of safety, fair wages, etc. Not to mention, Ford is a major investor. It is hypocritical of them to invest in a non Union workforce.
Ford is not a major investor, but Amazon is.
That’s old, Ford took their money. Look at the current top ten, which own almost 50% of shares outstanding:

Maybe, but they’re not a major investor. Rivian just announced a big partnership with VW.
