Here a prime example for unamerican (german) driving restrictions: https://www.thedailyjagran.com/world/germany-couple-car-sex-drive-sparks-traffic-chaos-nearly-ends-in-tragedy-on-autobahn-highway-10278589
(a couple had sex while the guy was triving ~140km/h. The guy may get up to 5 years in prison, carges for the woman unclear)
