The other article I linked here in the comments says they’ve heard rumors it was a DDoS attack. Nothing about potential links, but I have seen the PlayStation thing all over social media posts about it.
I never understand why people DDoS. Like what are you getting out of it other then being a prick? How sad do you have to be to do this kinda shit for fun?
It’s a similar line of thinking as trolling but to another level. Ultimately it’s to see your actions affect others and getting a rouse out of that.
I feel bad for people like that. How bad their lives must be.
