They mean refugees. From countries we the West fucked up and continue to plunder. People fleeing those dire situations. And people from war zones too. They are seeking refuge! A person from Belgium isn’t seeking refuge in Paris…

I’d love to see them rehouse Belgians, Swiss, and Brits. “GTFO, we don’t want you here during the olympics”.

It’s definitely happening. Hurting the vulnerable harder than usual seems to be one of the many perks of hosting olympics games along extra pollution, extra corruption… /s
