    Living in a nice clean space will give one a fresh outlook to the day. It clears the cobwebs of the mind.

    Your whole life may not be fixed but at least your clean room is now a place to enjoy and regroup rather than reproach yourself for the mess. Gather strength today to go out and work on one more thing tomorrow.

    If living in a mess has become your normal then finally cleaning up is HUGE and you’ll never regret it. It’s a great step, keep it up.
